This is my first post. I'm FEARNOT from Japan.

LE SSERAFIM has been actively pursuing media appearances in both Korea and Japan.

These appearances extend beyond music programs to include interviews on news shows, in-depth feature segments, variety shows, and more.

Fortunately, I've been in an environment where I could enjoy these programs, so I've been archiving their TV appearances since early 2025 under the name “LE SSERAFIM ISDB-T Archives.”

Specifically, I built a recording server using a Raspberry Pi and a TV tuner, archiving to M-DISC. (New discs arrive this Saturday!)

As the year draws to a close, only one more program remains before this year's archiving work is complete.

Some programs can be viewed on TVer or YouTube (like this one: https://youtu.be/sG1yfZSOA4k), but their availability is limited, and I can't check every single program. Legally, I can't distribute my recordings, but I hope someday a system will be created where everyone can equally enjoy the content 😭

Are there others out there doing similar work? (Since I only started this year, I have no footage of my past appearances 😢)

  1. hi! welcome to the sub 🙂

I’m an Archivist in my day job, so love to see all the cool preservation, collecting and archiving activities done in the kpop space and for our girlies 💕

I know that due to the strict copyright laws in Japan, it can be really hard to watch or find any information about Japanese appearances and events, so this will be very useful one day I think! very cool to see and hear about your set-up and would love to hear more about it!!

I don’t do anything with this kind of media, but I do make the photocard templates for the girls and try my best to be super thorough and include everything. My templates can be found here: [Twitter](https://x.com/shado_vvv) / [Gdrive](https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1un9wPjOzarOzT-2XA9A_CjJGAQqd3Bz0?usp=drive_link)

I also know a few people working on extensive archive and tracking projects, but keeping up with it all is super intense work and really hard to keep up with, so I don’t think they’re really complete or anything.

I’m also aware of FimFlix which tries to archive and provide access to a lot of Le Sserafim content. You can find them here: [FimFlix site](https://fimflix.com/#) / [Twitter](https://x.com/fimflix)

  2. This is such important work, their Japanese content is definitely the hardest to find, for exemple I really wanted to see the variety show where they worked at the café. I think the only Japanese content Fim-Flix has is the NHK documentary that came out in the beginning of 2025.

Usually I use bilibili (the main/pink one, not the global one) to watch le sserafim japanese activities. The chinese fearnot archived almost all their jpn content so you can check that but Idk if you can access it from japan though.

  4. Cool work! you may want to post over on r/DataHoarder. Most people there are not explicitly archiving Lesserafim stuff, a lot of people will have tips and tricks for pulling and archiving data, etc.
