I keep seeing people claim that this year was weak for K-Pop but this list shows it was quite stacked, and that’s only with one song for each group (and some groups missing).
Pleasingly surprised to see Cameo Love and Only cry in the rain there. Don’t agree with the order except for maybe #1 but that’s expected.

NMIXX #1 on yet another “best of 2025” list with their insane quality year of music. The even crazier part is they’ve been making these lists with like 5 different songs they released this year.

looking at this list of mostly makes me realize how weak 2025 was overall for kpop this year. it didn’t feel like there was a true ubiquitous hit, unless you count golden. 2024 was owned by supernova, magnetic, APT, 2023 we had i am, ditto, cupid, 2022 hype boy, love dive…i feel like nothing from this year reached the highs of the previous ones.
i’m surprised stunner by ten isn’t on this list. it should be on every list. i’d also love to see more recognition for plot twist by atheart, which i can see a publication missing if they’re mostly looking at the big players/charts.

Also thrilled to see JUSTB included, because they’ve really done so, so well with their change in sound this year.
Close Your Eyes. Absolutely. A top-tier debut and easily one of the strongest, no-skip albums of 2025.

TWS has had such an impressive run since debut. I would’ve chosen Overdrive.
ZB1’s Blue is one of my fave songs of theirs, but Devil Game is the title track that got away.
