My theory about the mysterious symbols on the notecard mailed to BTS Gold Membership holders?

They’re inspired by the Korean flag, Taegeukgi 태극기 🇰🇷 (see second slide).

The left symbol ⭕️ evokes* Yan*g 양 (positive energy)—the flag’s circle’s red half.

The middle symbol evokes Geon 건 (justice/air/summer)—the flag’s trigram in the upper-left corner.

The right symbol evokes Ri 리 (fruition/fire/spring)—the flag’s trigram in the bottom-left corner.

The wavy lines in the middle and right symbols mimic the wavy lines in the flag’s center.

So… Positivity ➡️ Justice/Air/Summer ‘22 or ‘25 Festa ➡️ Fruition/Fire/Spring ‘26 Album & Tour…

Can’t wait for the drop on March 20, 2026!!! 💿🇰🇷 💜

  2. This one is the most convincing theory to me so far, vs deconstructed Hangul and other stuff.
The circle in the flag stands for harmony – which is on theme to things Namjoon and yoongi have mentioned lately.

    I still think there’s a 1,2,3 too. The chapters… or a new trilogy.
