>New York felt like a dream.
One of those super vivid ones you have when you accidentally fall asleep.
We performed on a stage I grew up watching before I even knew English and did our annual countdown jump in the center of Times Square.
I kept waiting for someone to wake me up.
Nobody has, at least not yet.
>2025 was the year of the green snake.
It symbolized reflection, wisdom, and quiet transformation.
Exactly a year ago today, I had made it my resolution to live up to the year’s meaning.
> individuals and as a team, we have gone through many changes this year.
>When you work with different people with entirely different universes, you are bound to confront critical moments. One of them, we’ve found, is that there will come a time you question if your differences outweigh your shared values.
We met that question this year.
We have had difficult conversations and frustrating situations.
But looking back, we had always chosen each other.
No matter what, we never stopped trying — even if it didn’t make sense — to accept our differences, see each other for our best, and trust we are in this together.
And that has transformed us as a team.
>Individually, this year was also one of rediscovery. It was a reminder of the truth rooted in my life motto, “Everything happens for a reason.”
Even the losses. Especially the losses.
Like my back injury.
It led to space for reflection on the past three years, which led to conversations with my teammates, which led to a redefinition of our team’s identity, which led to Spaghetti and Pearlies, and everything more to come.
It was a pivotal period that found me for a reason.
>Everything comes and goes.
People, experiences, things.
They all teach us something.
I used to believe in “right person wrong time” or “wrong person right time.”
But the year has taught me that it has always just been “right person right time.”
Everything I have had in my life at the moment has been meant for me at that moment.
Everything that happened in 2025, 2024, 2023, 2022… happened for a reason,
and that is why New York felt that much more meaningful.
>I am so thankful for all that has found me and all that I have found.
My teammates, my loved ones, this family of Team LSF and FEARNOT.
We are not perfect, but I wouldn’t want it any other way.
>I am excited for 2026.
I am excited to experience it with all of you.
>Thank you for giving me the wisdom to recognize my blessings and look forward to the next day.
