The Best Member for each era – Day 1: What Is Love

I've had this idea bubbling in the back of my head for a while now, and I thought it was finally time to post it to the subreddit. The basic idea is that each post, there's a new EXO era, and the community can decide which member 'owned' said era. This would be decided via upvotes per comment. So for example, say that Kyungsoo gets the most votes on this post – he owned the era, according to democracy.

Obviously What Is Love, as well as a couple of other tracks, does open up the question of which members are eligible given that only four actually sing across two tracks but the music videos contain all twelve members (at the time). I went back and forth on whether to limit the votes to just the members who sing, and eventually decided I would leave it up to the people here. So, yes, all members who are in the music videos are available to vote for.

One other thing with What Is Love, as well the other MAMA songs and Overdose, is that because there EXO-K and EXO-M both have versions, I am going to let them have double winners, one from each sub-unit. Mainly because I feel like EXO-M gets kind of under appreciated in comparison to EXO-K, and doing it this way, with double winners is just quicker than doing separate posts for EXO-M versions, and hopefully, less confusing.

Finally, if you're wondering if you have to then nominate two members, don't worry, you won't. You can vote for just an EXO-K member if you like, I'm going to be optimistic and assume that some EXO-M members get nominated, and I'll tally up the votes from those people.

Anyway, happy voting I guess. There's a list of eras on the second photo, I've included EXO-CBX and EXO-SC eras, but no solo or SuperM ones. I might do SuperM as a bonus round, we'll see.
