I did the HYROX recently, and honestly, it’s no joke (coming from a super active person). 90% of the people who are doing HYROX are already fit.
Him coming in first for his age group means his running speed, endurance, technique, mental grit are craaaaaazy.

What’s the doubles part of hyrox? Pretty familar with the event as I work in a restaurant not far from where it’s hosted in Manchester so get whacked every year but never heard of doubles

I respect that he trained a lot. Kept with competing and got here. People talk about how athletic he is but rarely about how much hard work he puts into getting there. He shows how much perseverance pays off.
