Not even a farewell group performance with the boys, BELIFT, when I catch you!😭

We knew this was coming when Jake said they had to change the formations… I hate that Heeseung didn’t get a proper goodbye with the group.

This plus announcing cancelling En o’ Clock after releasing 1 and a half episodes. We’re not even getting the Part 2 of their variety episode lmao.
They filmed like 10 episodes and they’ll all be shelved just because Heeseung appears in it. Does this sound like his departure was planned months in advance like Belift’s statement implied? It feels like a decision made within days.

I can believe that he didn’t want to be part of the group anymore but man this feels hasty. No proper send off? No goodbye to the fans? I feel so bad for Engenes.

This really feels like he decided he was DONE and told the company he wanted out immediately. It definitely seems very sudden so I wonder what the last straw was

So many idols leaving groups in the last few years. I hope it’s because gen z idols aren’t taking shit from their shitty companies anymore.

This departure was handled so terribly, I think if he wanted to leave it should have been after the upcoming tour (which I think was the plan)
Belift seems to be bad at handling departures I guess. I didn’t really pay attention to how they handled Youngseos departure, but I guess it was easier since Illit had not debuted . This case is different because this guy has been in the group for six years, and Enhypen is one of the last groups people would think would lose a member
Something must have happened that Belift pushed this now. Like not even a soft launch that he was leaving.

Ofc he will not, he left enhyphen

I’m mad asf I won’t get to see those shelved EN O’ CLOCKs. I wanted to see him one last time with the boys 🙁 and the way that they’re treating him like a taboo topic in the fancalls yesterday and in the Morning Show Jay and Jake did makes me feel like something happened between Heeseung and the boys, not Heeseung and BeLift.

Honestly I could accept Heeseung departure if only he went on hiatus and then announced that he is leaving the group. He literally still promoting with the group and then suddenly they announced that he is leaving the group and they want us to move forward as well. That’s why you can’t blame us for being too emotional about it because 6 years of stanning is not a joke and believe or not, Enhypen helps me a lot especially during pandemic and it hurts me even more because Heeseung is literally my bias. He didn’t even have a proper goodbye and now they slowly erasing him. You can’t just expect us to move on in just 3 days😭

I’m curious if they are going to restrict posters/signs from the venue? When SMTown LA and MAMA Awards LA happened, security wouldn’t let anyone wearing orange or carrying signs supporting Seunghan and “Riize is OT7” into the venues. They even confiscated the small orange paper hearts someone had handed out.

I feel like this is so sad for the fans and just everyone in general. Like we all understand that he decided to leave the group to pursue a solo career, but I think it could’ve been a better way to handle his departure from the group. Not just an abruptly leaving from the group, and then from there things start getting out of hand.

And people still say that it was just him wanting to tap out and it was planned in advance/discussed instead of it all being a big mess that came out of nowhere. Let’s all put on our thinking caps, not even NUGU labels let idols have such autonomy when it comes to leaving a group, much less Hybe. Blindly trusting their statement is just as dumb as the other side they’re always saying is stupid for not believing it.

Yeah yall will never convince me that this departure was planned “months in advance” GTFOH with that 😭😭
His departure was just VERY poorly planned- to be fair there was never going to be a “right time” for this type of announcement but I sure as hell wouldn’t do when they are in the middle of promotions with a performance coming up 😭😭
Consuela_no_no on
His sudden departure where the company didn’t even have a chance to fulfil current schedules with him, speaks more to him potentially giving an ultimatum to leave immediately rather than the them turfing him out. Especially as he’s still under the company and no company would want to harm the image of their group by having an exit like this but still keep the idol.
Once again I’m going to say that Engenes need to focus positive attention towards the group / remaining members, rather than fixating on Heeseung.
lipscratch on
???? i don’t understand why they had to state this. he left the group? why would he be performing at this event? it’s enhypen performing — he’s no longer a part of enhypen
ItBoyChuWanning on
Look if it’s him who asked it to be done this way, this was a very bad way of doing things and this’ll only turn fans against him. But if belift is the one who forced him out then my question is why lmao? Why remove him from the group but keep him in the company
ChocolateeDisco on
His departure had to occur suddenly without a lot of notice
fauxkaren on
The fact that Heeseung’s departure was announced so suddenly on a random Tuesday when they had a group performance scheduled for that Friday that Aussie Engenes were surely looking forward to… it’s weird!!! It makes it seem like something happened behind the scenes that meant Heeseung needed to leave the group immediately and it couldn’t wait until after the festival performance this weekend.
