I’m sure this has been a long awaited pairing! I’m glad to finally get to it! There’s so much to say about those two. I think like a lot of carats my first impressions about those two was that they were similar! I didn’t struggle to tell them apart for two long but it’s been entertaining to see sooo many carats confusing them that much. And if I recall Jeonghan even mentioned the staff mixing the two of them up back in the days. I have two say though as they grew older, I feel they look even less alike so it’s a bit of mystery to see people still easily confused.
Asse from their physical differences though, they certainly give similar vibes and have very similar personalities I think. The twins vibes are strong with them. They can be gentle and sweet and also very mischievous. They enjoy teasing the other members and it’s also a treat to see anyone stuck with the two of them at once. They’ve also been mentioned by members as people who are very clean and tidy.
In terms of hobbies they don’t seem to overlap much. Joshua enjoys running, biking, playing guitar and a lot of crafts as well as cooking. Jeonghan’s hobbies range from talking walks, playing all kind of sports like basketball, football, badminton, snowboarding, golf, building Legos and laying down lol. It’s interesting that Jeonghan is known to have the lowest stamina amongst Seventeen while Joshua is labeled as having a marathon runner like endurance.
They joined Pledis just 2 months apart I think. And they’ve been closed since I think. Joshua was one of the first members to reach out to Jeonghan.
**Things Jeonghan has said about Joshua:**
“Joshua’s got a free spirit. On our free days, no one in Seventeen has any idea on where or what Joshua is doing (laughs)”
“For Joshua, When i’m having a difficult time, he is a friend that is always at my side.”
“My same aged-friend. A friend I turn to confide in.”
“We help each other.”
**Q. Which Seventeen members does Jeonghan-ssi most often confide his worries to?:**
**Jeonghan:** “The8, Joshua, Dokyeom, and Seungkwan. They listen to me well and think of it like work. They also try their best in giving a solution to the problem.
They are friends i’m always thankful for.”
““I don’t let Joshua work out everyday bc his arms and chest grow too fast.”
Plus Jeonghan’s never-ending agenda to liken Joshua to a (poisonous snake) 🐍😭.
**Q: If there’s anything you wish for SCoups and Joshua to not change?**
**Jeonghan:** “… Joshua may not look like that, but he’s the member that works the hardest even rehearsals. I hope he doesn’t change that cute attitude.”
**Things Joshua said about Jeonghan:**
“When the mood of the members’ is down, and when things gets tough, he’s the mum-like existence who always talks and listens to them.”
“Jeonghan is really shy but if you became close to him, he is the most witty and funny friend.”

**Q. Who is Seventeen member that you share your concern with the most?**
**Joshua:** ” Jeonghan. We entered as trainee almost at the same time so we’ve talked a lot since then. We match a lot so I think I’m the first one who talk to him if I have concerns.”
” When I saw Jeonghan for the first time I thought that he was really beautiful, his skin was white and smooth, his eyes were big with double eyelids, thinking that Korea has such a beautiful kid, I was amazed. When I knew we were at the same age I wanted to be close to him, I thought ‘I want to be friends with him. He looked cool practicing hard there.”
**Q.If Jeonghan was a fruit, what would he be?**
“Coconut!.Coconuts have a hard shell, right? Like a coconut, Jeonghan doesn’t show his true self very easily, as he is shy at times. But when you do open it up there lies sweet fruit! That sort of gap is very Jeonghan-like.”
**Q.”: Similar but different people. SCoups and Jeonghan to Joshua are?**
**Joshua:** “Both of them are friends that understand me more than I do. If SCoups is ‘straightforward’ which he does as he thinks, Jeonghan is similar as me because we have a lot of worries. so I think the combination of us three plus-minus is good.”
