>The Seoul Southern District Prosecutors Office said it sent the warrant request for Bang, who is under suspicion of violating the Capital Markets Act, back to the police on Wednesday after it was refiled last week.
>”After reviewing the arrest warrant, (we) rejected the request as areas that had been requested for further investigation were not conducted,” the prosecution said.
If I were a Korean citizen, I’d be damn proud to see the police work this hard.

From the article it sounds like the police basically submitted the same request that had already been submitted and rejected and didn’t add any further evidence. No matter how you feel about Bang PD at a certain point the police are wasting valuable time and resources that could be used for other cases.

Next news I see from this better be the conclusion of this investigation, guilty or not (or who tip offed the police).

They are sitting on that investigation for 1,5 years now.
Will they reapply for this arrest warrant until they hit the 2 year anniversary with this “investigation”?
Will they file a charge against him anytime soon, so that this whole thing goes somewhere?

This will not go anywhere, right? Like at this point it seems they should have a more solid case.

Either the police just want to annoy him and prove a point, or there’s someone who really wants him arrested

i have a question 🤓☝️ this whole thing started because he supposedly decieved investors. why the police doesn’t ask these investors for a testimony and use it as evidence?

CEOs and superiors need to sit their asses down bruh
I feel like things go downhill fast once they actively promote themselves as some “family figure” nonsense to the public (could be wrong since I’m just a casual, but this is my feeling).
The only one safe seems to be Jypapi.

a sh*tshow. i think the police were insulted with the US embassy letter and had to react. them not even supplying more evidence to lock him up??

Almost 2 years of investigation, 2 warrants thrown back. At this point, either they’re plain stupid or there is just nothing substantial other then a anonymous tip off
