Everyday it seems like Hybe is having more lawsuits than active groups
The way they filed this 2 years later though, like NewJeans/NJZ released How Sweet as one of their last official songs in May 2024… if anyone more versed in music/copyright law has more insight into how realistic their claims are (especially in the court of law), would love to learn more

Absolutely nothing to do with a recent Be:Shit lawsuit verdict, surely… Fucking embarrassing, really.
*edit* not an old case, just a case filed two years later.
