Quick shower thought:
There’s levels to this line “she’s waiting down in the lobby”. Initially it makes you think that she is in a hotel lobby while the girls are still in the rooms.
But, we all know Sakura is a serious gamer and they could be referring to a game lobby (waiting area for the match to start instead). So this means that the girls are trying to look for Saki but she’s hiding somewhere waiting for her game to start.

Yeah such a fun and different interpretation. Also the next lyrics are “I’m tryna break it down, yeah, baby, Get her, turn up the party.” So it could also mean they’re are explaining and trying to convince her to join the party. Idk lol.
