I don’t know if anyone else feels the same way, but I honestly have come to prefer the Spanish version over the original, the change up with the Latin instrumentation mixed with Haewon’s tone is so addictive! (And Jiwoo’s Mi Gusta lol)
This is the first NMIXX song I ever heard in public! It was playing inside a K-Pop merch store.
I only have issue with this track when the “come a so-sonar” arrives. It’s a cool line, but I’ve just never particularly loved how that section sounds. It’s grown on me since the beginning, so hopefully it’ll continue to do so.
The rest of the song is very good, especially the Haewon-and-Bae high part and the bridge.
I really love this song, Dash and Sonar are the last songs that we got the full “NMIXX CHANGE UP” call-outs. So they hold a special place in my heart. The identical pink outfits are iconic. The bridge is so good, the choreography has the iconic bend (which is now in Heavy Serenade!) And the last chorus choreo change is so good too. When they intersect the lines, there is an illusion where the three members walking away from the stage front only actually take two steps in the opposite direction, then they walk in place but it looks like they’re still walking further away it’s so smooth. Then the neck isolations? Amazing.
