We read Pride and Prejudice last time so this time I want to read another of Jane Austen’s books: Emma. I thoroughly enjoyed Pride and Prejudice so I’m very excited about this one!
This book is a bit long and hard to read (by my standards) so I’ll give us enough time to read it. I didn’t really look at the synopsis at all before reading, so I’m curious to find out what it’s about! Happy reading~

Yes, more jane austen. I hope we do get persuasion one day. While emma is a perfect coming of age story (emma is still very young, naive and a bit insufferable at first, but grow along the story). I find the mature and slightly depressing vibe of an older woman in persuasion more. Especially of an unmarried woman at that time.

Was waiting to see how she was going to edit the cover. She was right she really does look like she belongs on the front.
