Note for the hip raise (7:19) you need to be careful not to over-extend or else you can strain your back. Do not arch your back. You want to raise your butt until your back, hips, and upper leg form a straight line. You want to feel it in your glutes (your butt muscles), not your legs or your back. If you’re a beginner, it’s better to do it with your heels on the ground so you can more easily isolate your glute muscles.
