It’s ningning, but the photocard seems to be fake. All I can find with reverse image search are some Instagram posts, normally there would be results of marketplaces which resell the photocards.
So this one is likely just a fanmade photocard
That’s Ningning! I’m not sure if that’s a real pc though. I’ve seen this picture before but not as pc. There are a couple pc’s very similar though from the My World album
Is the back white? I believe its from the My World trading cards (not album or pob but the random packs they released a lot of cards). As others said its Ningning, vocal and attitude extraordinaire 🙂↔️
