>!Jeonghan being the final winner is the best ending for this GoSe episode, airing just one day before his enlistment. 🥹!< He did it without scamming anyone, but by forming strategic relationships. He’s truly the master of brain games! 👏 I’m gonna miss him. 😭

Jun and hao making deals in chinese was the best!!!
Also honestly I love how as gose progresses jeonghan is becoming less competitive and more just going with the flow and helping everyone out yet still he wins everything hahaha
Also scoups just spending money like water for his members was probably literally what happens irl too
and 29:48 idk what it was but it was so hot when scoups denied hoshi’s stop card

We’re probably getting the Gose comeback special teaser next week.

Did anyone else think that “Seventeen Festival” that mingyu blurted out in the end was a spoiler for something?

I should have also used a little notebook to try to keep up with the endless and ever-changing alliances and favors. XD I feel like I changed who I was rooting for as much as they exchanged cards!
There were again way too many good moments to comment on but two particularly funny things to me were Hoshi not realizing he won 10million and Jun and The8 lowering their voices just to end up speaking in Chinese.
I also absolutely love that Jeonghan won without scamming! I was also kind of rooting for The8 for twist at the last moment but ultimately I’m glad that today the spotlight at the end was on Jeonghan 🥲

DK and Hoshi 🤝 not understanding the game, but there for vibes.

This episode is so good.
Jeonghan is excellent and Scoups oozes with charisma. A few CheolHan moment is everything I ask for.
Then then there’s Hoshi. I laughed every time he say something. His desire for more screentime never fails.

Jeonghan winning a GoSe without scamming or cheating a day before his enlistment is peak scriptwriting from the universe. His “live like flowing water, but work hard” motto can be seen CLEARLY here. The universe gave the cards for his win, but it was him working with those cards that ultimately lead to it
It feels so bittersweet. Sweet to see him prove (time again) that he doesn’t need to cheat to win, but bitter because this is his last gose spotlight BEFORE enlisting. But now that it happened, I hope each member (or memberS if they enlist together) get a last GoSe where they can shine

Mjngyu’s face and his “are you crazy?” when The8 asked if he should play the Boss cards, was so attractive for no reason 🤭

I can’t believe it took me until the end of episode 2 to realise the alliances changed each round. I was so confused why for some rounds some members were trying to block each other when they were in an alliance in the previous round.
But as expected you can’t have a brain game without Jeonghan coming out the winner! Though I’ll admit I was rooting for minghao to win just because I’ve never seen him this active in a brain gose episode before, it was refreshingly interesting to see both him and Jun so involved in trying to win. But I do love how Jeonghan won this episode which is right before he enlists, just the little things 🥹

This episode was an interesting watch. I was literally at the edge of my seat, screaming at Dino through my screen about some of his choices, praying for Vernon, admiring Woozi’s whole attitude about it… but watching this made me sentimental. I’ve always been a firm believer that each member is smart in their own way, but watching today’s episode made me ask out loud “Damn, when did they get this good?”
Everyone was playing it their own way, be it vibing but still getting money somehow (Hoshi), stacking up money silently (Wonwoo), or going against the current for a chance to stand on their own (Jun), everyone was just so… good. THIS episode is a masterclass of why seventeen is as populated as they are. You NEED someone like Hoshi, a character that makes you laugh, someone like Dino, a character you root for, and I can list all of them but my comment will be longer than it already is lol
I also love the more laid back vibe where people won’t get hurt if you make alliances with other people (because that’s how you play the game) and yet I’m amazed at their loyalty still. To the person I replied to last week, saying Jeonghan’s and Seungcheol’s tactic of giving cards away for free isn’t helping… well they proved me wrong. Helping people still goes a long way, it seems
P.S. love the fact that the production didn’t reveal who had the most, least, etc. because that meant all of them were kept on their toes. anyone could’ve won or lost because they don’t know where all the money went to

A LOT OF SPOILERS IN THIS COMMENT SO IF YOU HAVEN’T WATCHED, DO NOT OPEN THE SPOILER TAGS
My favourite moments in this episode include: >!how Minghao made a comeback from having one of the lowest earnings to second place. You can SEE his brain working the entire time, and he would’ve won it had that deal between Jeonghan and Seungcheol not happen!<
>!Talking about Jeonghan and Seungcheol, I find it funny that Seungcheol was the one who wanted to create chaos this time around. But if you think about it, he’s really loyal to Jeonghan (probably because Jeonghan was loyal to him first). I was screaming at the end because Jeonghan apparently has another stop card, so I wondered why he didn’t use it, but it turns out he sold it to Seungcheol instead hahah. That was an interesting turn of events, actually!<
>!I also loved when Jeonghan, Jun, and Minghao made their alliance. Jun was SO confident in his two friends that they won’t lose it, and they didn’t! They didn’t even have to pay anyone else for their deal. That required massive brains and trust from the three!<
>!To add, I think it’s incredibly sweet that Minghao immediately asked for advice from Jeonghan on what to do with his cards. And Jeonghan helped sincerely! Then at the end the student attempted to usurp the master (and he almost succeeded too)! Truly a day for my jeonghao heart!<
>!At the end, I really thought Minghao would win, so imagine my surprise when he… didn’t. Hahah. But I love the fact that they didn’t reveal who had the most, etc. It kept everyone on their toes and they fought hard for it!<
>!I also fully believe Woozi could’ve won it if he wanted!<

this episode reminds me that as much as there are greedy and deceitful people at the top, the universe will find a way to repay the kindness of someone who lifted everyone up

Hoshi is so adorable. You can’t beat someone who’s just enjoying the game, indeed. Also, what an amazing send-off for Jeonghan.
I enjoyed this the most out of all their strategic games largely because the alliances were fluid throughout. The S.Coups-Jeonghan-Mingyu trio often influence how the strategic episodes go, and since they didn’t stick to each other here, the gameplay and rankings were more dynamic.

I kept wondering why the last and this episode is almost an hour long each, when they can split it into 3 eps. Turns out this gose has peak jeonghan moments so it makes sense for them to air it a day before his enlistment 🥲
Also I’m really surprised when jun&hao suddenly speaks mandarin… and somehow sounds like chaoxianzu (korean immigrants in china) 🤣🤣🤣 my multilingual ass can relate 😭
