250306 ruby album arrived early/broken


I preordered ruby as soon as signed versions went live in the uk. It arrived today, is it normally for it to arrive the day before release? Also the cd plastic cover arrived cracked, I’m hoping for a replacement so I haven’t opened the plastic rapping

    It’s a shame it’s cracked, I hope they replace it for you. It’s somewhat normal I guess, they seem to ship them with the intent of them arriving on release day but obviously sometimes mail comes faster than expected.

    Mine unfortunately hasn’t shipped yet.

    Yeah sometimes they can arrive a day early. mine was shipped yesterday, which I was surprised about but it does happen. it’s so people can get it on release day.

    Now in regards to returns, you can get a replacement legally, as they would be required to replace them. The only issue is that sometimes they will have you return the entire bundle first, and then they would check to see if there is any stock left, and then send a replacement. It’s an absolute pain, and you run the risk of not getting the signed art card.

    So I would reach out to them, request a replacement for the damaged item, and see what they say. If you don’t want to hassle to return it, if they say you need to, you can ask for a partial refund.

    Ahh mine got shipped yesterday too but it’ll probably take 3 to 4 days to arrive to me 😭

    Mine arrived cracked and without the signature. I can live with the damages jewel case but I’ve contacted the online store bc I really want that autograph.

    Literally, I have same cracks on the jewel case. Also ordered in UK and literally same cracks as on your picture. Hopefully it’s a shipping issue but I’ll just buy a new jewel case. 😭
