My first time buying merch from Lisa, I'm kinda disappointed? I ordered 2 days before her album released and I really like her album, I am questioning why this would be the case? If anyone else's orders have been having issues or been stopped altogether, does anyone have an answer as to why?

  1. I don’t like that your options are choosing something else or store credit. They should be refunding you. It’s their problem, not yours.

    Every day there have been posts about orders not shipping, so atleast this is an update for everyone. Pretty shady though.

  2. Sorry. Did not experience this. But…Store credit when they fucked up? That would make me mad. You should get a full refund if they can’t provide the item.

  3. While this sucks, it’s completely understandable.

    Just because Lisa is famous, doesn’t automatically mean her new business will be competent.

    I’d be asking for your money back, even though it’s not an option. Store credit lol

    If you don’t find something you want for the credit, 100% chargeback.

    That’s lame AF that they don’t want to refund.

  5. With her things selling out so fast, I’m surprise that you’re even able complete your order 2 days before the album is released. Looks like they got limited supply, but still took orders and it’s a first come first serve. After their stock runs out, rest are screwed by getting that email. It unfair the only option is pick something equal or less in value and store credit. Her team needs to learn on how to take care of the customers because this is ridiculous.

    In terms of how well each of them sells their solo albums from a buyer’s experience, Team Rosé, Jennie, and Jisoo did a fantastic job. Team Lisa on the other hand not so much.

    Demand a refund or do a credit card chargeback. I can’t imagine it’s legal to take your money, not ship your item, and then just keep the money. That’s bullshit.

    Ugh. My order took a month to ship and I believe just arrived today, finally (I am out of town so can’t confirm for a couple days). I emailed them a couple weeks ago to ask where my order was and they said there were “manufacturing delays” and didn’t give me any firm timeline. I was afraid I’d never get my order either. The fulfillment overall has really not been good.
