Lighstick BLE problems

Hi everyone,
Is anyone else having Bluetooth problems with their V2 lightstick?
I'm writing this for someone I know who recently bought a lighstick from WEVERSE and it seems to be defective as it cannot connect to the app at all as it tells them to reset bluetooth/BLE
I wanted to know if anyone else had received their lighstick from weverse recently and is having the same problem?
It seems to be mainly on samsung phones but I have seen other people having the same problem with their new lightstick from weverse.
