I’ve been a carat for about a year now, and it’s brought so much to my life. Things to look forward to, so much to root for. The sweetness, cuteness, good vibes, incredible music, gentle masculinity, bond, all of it is so healing. Also, the fandom as I’ve experienced it has been such a wonderful community. Late to arrive, but so glad to be here. Here’s to a future where seventeen and carats continue to grow together 🙂
fell into diamond life during An Ode era and man time goes by so fast 😭 it’s hard for me to articulate how special it is to see them reach their 10 year anniversary right now and to see their growth over the years. only wishing for good health and happiness for them always, especially while we all continue to navigate this beyond crazy world. incredibly thankful to seventeen for providing a little bit of solace through the different phases of life and hope the members feel that kind of love and support in their own lives. I still remember when I first got into seventeen. It was just after attacca was released and Rock with you was the first ever seventeen mv that i watched. And me being the person I was at that time i was lowkey terrified by their sheer number of members lmao. But i still decided to not give up on this seventeen journey and I’m so happy that i stuck with it because these men have brought the level of joy and warmth to my soul that i just can’t fully express. Their music and content have genuinely brought comfort and courage to me in difficult situations. Man I’m so happy that we have seventeen. Seventeen’s story is truly so inspiring and shows that talent and hardwork can truly prove the odds wrong.Even to this day they’re just as awesome as ever. Pledis lucked out so bad that they found a group of kids who were so damn driven and willing to push one another—and more importantly, ENCOURAGE one another—to be their best selves when they’re all together as a team.
Also, absolutely bonkers that this sub has grown so much wow. Respect to the mod team for keeping things running relatively smoothly
tbh i can’t believe i’ve been a carat for longer than half of their careers
well that’s a weird way to say i’ve been a fan since 2020. covid was really what made me dive into caratland. i remember not really thinking about svt much other than “oh, they have so many members”. but it was that gose 2019 playground episode that got me interested. then i checked out an ode (still one of their best releases) and i was hooked as FUCK. tbh, what cemented my interest in svt was gose. they really nailed gose as a series, and then henggarae was an amazing album as well, and since then it’s been svt my ride or dies.
it’s been an amazing journey, being able to share my happiness with them through gose, and then enjoying their releases. i’m so excited for the album and what they have in store for the future!
