He said he’s been sleeping well, he couldn’t sleep much during promotions but that they finished he slept well. He used to not be able to sleep without ASMR but now he can sleep without it. He still likes ASMR and he knows engenes likes his ASMR videos so he might film more in the future.
His parents liked Bad Desire on first listen for him it took some time. He’s looking forward to doing a concert in Japan again since it’s been a while, someone asked what color they should wear he said since it’ll probably be hot they shouldn’t wear dark clothes but there is no dress code.
This was a really meaningful/memorable album because they won 1^(st) place on many music shows, he didn’t expect to get so many wins so he is very grateful to all the engenes who worked hard voting for them and cheered on them, engenes did great and they felt like the promotions were successful. He said the promotions may or may not have ended but they are going to Bangkok next they will be preparing for that.
Ni-ki said he really liked this album, but they are always preparing in advance and he doesn’t know if he should say this or not but he thinks their next album will be his favourite. His favourite so far is dark blood but the next one will probably be his favourite the song that’s really his style is on there, he keeps listening to the demo and can’t wait to promote that song (he sounded excited and kept saying he wants to promote that song already and he laughed and said “the build-up is good right?”). They don’t know yet when they will release it but he thinks it’ll be crazy good. They feel like the next album is bound to be a hit, in their 5 years in his opinion this might be their best, the song(s) is the most his style in all their releases so far.

A little rant but I wish some Engenes would chill out. Ni-ki was just excited for a demo but some are acting like they’re releasing the album tomorrow. I feel like we often respond to their excitement with negativity because we think we know better. Helium took Jay a year to produce. Heeseung has been working on his solo for a long time now. Jake took a year to finish his cover song. None of these happened instantly and sharing their excitement about music shouldn’t result in us trending hashtags asking them to rest. They’ll rest when they want to, but it’s clear they’re excited for a lot of things. They know they’re on the cusp of blowing up.
Our jobs as fans is to make them feel supported and celebrated. They love making music. They love reaching new heights. They love performing and being an idol. Ni-ki just mentioned a draft song he’s excited for but some Engenes are ready to storm Belift like parasocial white knights.
Trust them. Trust their excitement. Trust how they ask for support and love. Trust when they ask us to look forward to their music. It’s what they need from Engenes.
