I believe that real orchestras tend to be very expensive options for recording studios in comparison to digital orchestras. While it is certainly richer in sound, you’d have to ask yourself whether the “juice is worth the squeeze” in terms the format that you experience music.
Also, HYBE has a lot of money to throw. Starship is famous, but nowhere near HIBE terms of resources
