  2. So… the one that actually looks like she is ARMY didn’t get tickets. Le sigh, of course.

  3. It was pure madness. We waiting almost an hour and a half, I don’t even know how we got tickets.

  4. As much as I really don’t want to relive the trauma from a few hours ago, I would be happy if media expose ticketmaster for their worlds worst UX. Queues are what they are, but like why is there not a simple “choose best available” option?? Why do we have to zoom in and out all over the map and waste time?? It’s unnecessary torture to have to keep clicking those blue circles and be told they’re not available – shouldn’t they not be blue in that case?

I’m not used to dealing with ticketmaster. My city’s ticketing platform is nothing special, but I’ve never been more grateful for them.

  5. I don’t have the best seats, but I’m thankful I got them! It’ll be my first time going! 💜💜💜

I had fifth row tickets to a 2020 show that got cancelled 😭😭😭 I clocked in at 35k in the queue today but my friend got under 10k and we got 100 level seats. Not bad. But I fear my luck for floor seats may never return 😞

  7. that poor girl trying for the NY tickets. I can literally feel the devastation. I hope she gets some tickets in the future!!

  8. SeatGeek (IMO) was an absolute mess. Differently than Ticketmaster, it doesn’t tell you how many people are in front of you. It felt like my queue was stagnant forever. Ultimately, I was able to rely on friends to help me get tickets.

With that said, I was pleased that dynamic pricing was not in place for this tour.

  9. Going to the Munich show on my birthday. Thankfully my friend managed to get us nosebleed tickets for the Sunday, because I queued up for Saturday 🤣🤣🤣

  10. The army girl trying for ny, why did she not use a mouse 😭 I can’t imagine doing ticketing with a laptop touchpad like this is serious business that requires a mouse at the least for me haha 🥲

I tried for both Goyang and London and it was a 4 hours long ordeal at the end of which I did not get tickets lol.

  12. Maybe I’m in the minority, but I was surprised that it wasn’t as bad as I had feared. Thought queue numbers for Europe would well exceed 100000, but highest I’ve seen (from other people) was around 80000. I “easily” managed to get tickets for three shows (two for me, one for a friend). I do think it absolutely helped that they revealed a lot of tour dates and also had 2 dates for each location from the get go. Some groups don’t reveal all or only add a 2nd date later on (which is so frustrating).

  13. Someone commented the other day that they wanted to see a run bts episode of the members trying to get tickets to their own concert. And I also really want to see that lol.

I feel so bad for the NY reporter :(, I want an update, I want to know she did get tickets to another one of their shows, or that like someone else on the team was also trying and gifted them to her right after she didn’t get them herself 😭.

  14. Weirdly I was okay! 45 minutes in a queue of 25k and 28k for Chicago (I think I will resell these) and 35 minutes in a queue of unknown for Baltimore.

  15. London wouldn’t even let me in, my access was restricted for some reason, no idea why. I literally almost cried. I half-heartedly tried for Paris, joined the waiting room 3 minutes before sales started and somehow when I got into the lobby there were only 900 people in front of me!

The French site was incomprehensible, even though I had clicked the English version it was all still in French, I was just clicking everywhere cluelessly. I somehow got a ticket but when I went to pay I had to register a whole new TM France account because it wouldn’t let me in with my regular details. THE STRESS!!! And yet unbelievably I somehow ended up with a seat in the gold section. I wouldn’t have been surprised if I’d ended up buying the actual stadium somehow, I had NO CLUE what I was doing!
