It’s fan sign event. The fans bring costumes and accessories for their biases to wear while they talk. The dress was meant for Kyungsoo but Chanyeol swiped it lol new gen idols usually wear 1-2 outfit/accessory at a time but the exos kept piling their costumes together so they look silly (if you find the other pictures).
