Sorry for the delay in this part.
Continuing this appreciation series, I wanted to talk about Jun and the quiet depth he brings to Seventeen, not only as an idol, but also as an artist and an actor.
Jun’s journey has always stood out to me because of how long and consistently he’s worked. Starting as a child actor and continuing into music, performance, and acting as an adult, he’s essentially been balancing two demanding careers at the same time. That kind of longevity doesn’t come without discipline, resilience, and an incredible work ethic, and it shows in everything he does.
What I admire most about Jun is how quietly hardworking he is. He doesn’t make noise about his efforts or seek constant validation. Instead, he steadily improves, takes on new challenges, and continues to grow in both fields. Whether he’s preparing for a performance or stepping into an acting role, there’s a seriousness and sincerity to the way he approaches his craft that feels deeply respectful.
On stage, Jun’s artistry really shines through his movement. His dancing is fluid and expressive, almost cinematic, and it’s clear how much control and intention he has over his body. There’s an elegance to his performances that feels natural rather than forced, as if he’s telling a story through motion.
That storytelling ability carries into his acting as well. His expressions, subtle emotional shifts, and ability to convey feeling without excess speak to how much experience he’s gained over the years. You can see how his background as an actor enriches his presence as a performer, and vice versa.
Off stage, Jun comes across as gentle, sincere, and quietly warm. He may seem reserved at first, but there’s a softness and thoughtfulness to him that makes his moments of humor and affection feel especially genuine.
Jun feels like someone who has grown through years of quiet effort, someone who continues to build himself with patience, dedication, and grace. Watching him balance his roles as both an idol and an actor, and seeing how far he’s come, is something I genuinely admire.
If you’d like, feel free to share one thing you appreciate about Jun too 🤍

My bias 😍 since I saw him in boom bom era I was hooked but denied it until like last year ahahah told everyone I had no bias, but in the end I had to give in, he’s too amazing ♥️
he used to make toast for the members when they were trainees because that was his way of showing love and care while he was still learning korean>>>>
Yayy Junnie
I really appreciate how he’s always so proud of his hometown, his actor roots & his sweet personality. The members just adore him (cue that [TTT Camping](https://youtu.be/V2f7DgtIPp8?si=C9yrXPFQsxlYWBmW) scene with SCoups)
May his talents & efforts always be rewarded and recognised!!!!!!!
