I still remember when BTS would guest on After School Club at Arirang TV lol 

This is so cute lol. My first thought when the title of the album was revealed was Arirang tv. I didn’t know the word had a specific meaning yet, and thought it was something to do with the tv channe, since the idea I have of Arirang tv is like that they are for people based in Korea, but are in English, so are watched by many foreigners, so I thought the idea behind the album title was like “we are Korean, but also we are for everyone everywhere” and was taken from Arirang tv lol 🤣.

But I’m curious now how many inquiries and new subscribers and whatnot Arirang tv has had since the album name reveal. I’m sure they’re getting a lot of confused messages from army who don’t know about them, but also probably getting a lot of new people interested in them. I have friends in Korea and of course follow some kpop now too, so I like that they share news in English, though I think they share news in general, and not just Korea related news. I like the Korea Times as well, as I think they mostly share Korea related news (mostly in English).

I watched a lot of arirang tv in high school and I learned about BTS from “pops in Seoul” and “After school Club”. Full circle moment lol
