[Appreciation/Review] Just experienced the Paris show and I am completely blown away. Proud to officially be an NSWER! 💙🇫🇷


Hey everyone! I just wanted to drop in and share my experience from last night's Paris (Salle Pleyel) show. I have been getting into the group recently, but this concert completely solidified my respect and love for them. I am officially an NSWER!

I went in expecting a great show, but what they delivered over 2.5 hours was an absolutely thrilling live performance.

🎤 The Live Vocals are Unreal: I was actively looking for backing tracks, but it felt like there was almost zero playback. To sing that powerfully, with that much stability, while executing that level of intense choreography was truly impressive. You could see them sweating, giving literally 100% of their energy to the fans. And Lily sounds SO powerful, it felt almost ridiculous.

🇫🇷 The French Crowd Interaction: Their attempts to speak French were both adorable and hilarious. When Haewon shouted "VOUS ETES FATIGUES?!" and the entire venue roared back "ON EST PAS FATIGUES!" the energy in the room was insane.

💧 The Emotional Connection: Seeing Sullyoon, Bae, and Haewon shed tears or have watery eyes during their speeches was so moving. You could tell how sincere they were and how much this first world tour means to them. By the time they performed Blue Valentine and the entire crowd turned into a swaying blue ocean of lightsticks, it honestly felt like being part of a massive family.

I spent the whole night smiling, dancing, and swinging my new lightstick around like a katana! 😂

Since none of my real-life friends are really into K-pop, I’m hoping to find a community here that appreciates their incredible talent, hard work, and kindness without any of the toxic fan-wars.

But again, how do they sing and dance so well at the same time?!

    Posts like this really get me excited, since I’ll be there in Frankfurt tomorrow.

    Quick question about the lightstick: did you use the app?

    At least for me, I can only control the lightstick via the app when it’s connected, and I have to disconnect the app if I want to use the lightstick without it.

    Was the app for controlling the lightstick supported at your concert—meaning, did you have to link your ticket to the app?

    This looks fantastic. This crowd sounds way more engaged than the Amsterdam one. But maybe it was because I stood in a range of smartphone zombies.

    I was there as well, and I’m still processing lmao. I’ve been to great concerts before but that was an experience on a whole different level, you could genuinely feel the connection between the crowd and NMIXX.

    The crowd was insane, we were so fucking loud, Haewon even commented that she could hear us singing through her monitor! At times the girls seemed a little taken aback by how much energy we had, and the gimmicks of the french crowds took them by surprise haha. No wonder they were so emotional at the end, that night was probably as memorable for them as it was for us 🥹

    The live versions of the songs were amazing, we absolutely need a live album of this tour. I especially want to listen to Soñar with the double mixx up again, the song was already good but this version is so much better. Shoutout to the band, they absolutely killed it.

    Last but not least, the members. Holy fuck. Looking at some of their live performances on YouTube I expected them to be great, but in the flesh they were beyond my wildest expectations. Sullyoon’s stage presence is absurd, Haewon was adorable, Bae was rizzing us the whole night, Kyujin was vibing with the crowd so much, Jiwoo was a little intimidated by how many Jiwoo biases there were, and I’ve never heard Lily hit notes this high. How the hell are their vocals this stable while nailing their complex choreographies?? They can’t be human.

    I was at the concert last night!! Out of all the concerts i went to which included blackpink and aespa, NMIXX’s live performance had me the most captivated . Im so proud of my girls they worked so hard!!!! Their interactions were so wholesome (the band deserves so much praise as well, they were so amazing) We the french always bring so much energy!!!

    That final speech where Sullyoon teared up, got me 🥺 I haven’t seen that from any idol.

    I hope they will come back soon, i miss them already!!!!

    Here is my “poetic take” on the show. I apologize in advance for my limited English skills – le french dude – but I am giving way too much to not share my joy :).

    I hope it’s ok to share this kind of content here as I am not very used to Reddit.

    THE Concert

    I went there a bit scared, with high expectations 
    Afraid of the despair – will I leave disappointed? 
    I surely did not expect the hard commotions 
    From the stunning  performance the girls delivered

    Bae’s constant energy, her such graceful dancing
    Sullyon’s stage presence, emotional opening
    Lily’s unmatched raw vocals, her crazy belting
    Kyujin’s playfulness, and all-around performing
    Jiwoo’s swaggy fast rapping, her constant smiling
    Harwon’s warming goofiness, and unmatched leading

    They sang, danced , slayed, came, saw, they obviously conquered
    We listened, yelled, and vibed,  wholly flabbergasted 
    The live band rendition made every song epic
    A night to remember, so perfect and unique

    I’ll cherish this concert, never let the high fall
    A gift from real artists who truly gave it all
    I’m so excited to express my deep passion
    With my new family, proud sonic companions
