This vinyl record was supposed to be shipped on February 28th, it's March 24th and there's still no word, and customer service isn't responding. I'm really upset about this situation and feel ripped off because it cost me around $100… Does anyone know anything?

I’m sad that isn’t the original cover 😭 I don’t know if it was for vinyl but I have seen some people talk about them saying it would be delayed. If it’s not on the website, that’s actually bad om their side tbh.

I ordered the first volume of the comic last year and they didn’t ship it for a month or so, after I emailed them to ask what’s going on they apologized and said they somehow missed my order. I don’t think it’s a very big team behind this. Wouldn’t hurt to try emailing them. But you can dispute it with your credit card company or PayPal depending on how you paid.
My mate ordered me the new deadline album and it still hasn’t been shipped they’ve emailed a few times and still no updates, at this point we’re joking to get over how annoyed we both are by saying well it’s YG what do you expect
I got a response from customer service recently., when did you contact them? I would recommend getting in touch again for a refund if you’re looking to cancel.

OMG finally someone else posted about this! (Btw I made a post on here asking about this last week, and the mods deleted it for some reason…). But yes I still haven’t heard back from customer service either! I’ve emailed them like 3 times in the last month but no replies. Also HOW is it still in stock constantly if it’s “limited to 777 copies”? I’m starting to feel scammed too…
I had the same experience with the comics. They tend to get behind but they do eventually fulfill their orders.

It sucks but it’s the nature of the market
The systems around the comic book stuff merch seem imperfect. I waited ages for my AE comic, and eventually went back through my emails and realized that one that looked like marketing wanted me to send my phone number for tracking. Once I did that they sent the comic. But I haven’t ordered anything from them since. And I would rather order direct than from somewhere like Amazon, but at least I know Amazon will send Volume 2 to me!
