I know the staff are just doing their job but damn…. They should’ve concentrated on crowd control on entry/exit, catching scalpers (who were doing business in complete public, mind you), stopping people from watching from aisles/in front of first rows in 2nd&3rd floors, etc. Leave partying armys alone!!
