also hopefully they’ll attend as they’ll already be in Vegas for their Tour which is where the AMAs is taking place. Its right between their 2 sets of Vegas dates (2 shows before AMAs and 2 shows after).
A bit wary of a performance as they’d have had a concert the day before so will likely want/need to rest instead

I have mixed feelings seeing this list. While I’m happy to see BTS nominated in the main categories, it really annoys me that they will win “Best Male K-pop Group” because the people voting don’t even know the other groups. This is not to suggest that BTS is undeserving, but rather to highlight a systemic issue with how these accolades are structured. A similar pattern is observable with BLACKPINK in the “Best Female K-pop Group” category, where the results often reflect commercial popularity rather than a critical assessment of artistic merit.
