I just received an email from BH where I am being offered the ability to watch the April 12 delayed live stream. I only got the April 9 live stream and as many experienced, due to the rain, the stream was not easy to watch.
I am really pleasantly surprised and appreciative of this gesture to be honest. I was a bit frustrated after the first stream, cause while it was unavoidable and not due to BTS or staff fault that the rain was so disruptive, the stream was expensive, and I couldn't afford to buy a second day. It was a bummer all around.
I would compare it to going to a restaurant for an expensive meal and the electricity went out suddenly. You know it's no one's fault, but you feel like it was a disappointing experience.
So I am really positively surprised at this decision and gesture. It feels like really good service recovery, and an attempt to meet affected Army in the middle. Thank you to whoever thought of offering this option.
Now, I just need to get the delayed stream to work cause it still wasn't showing up correctly when I followed the steps. 😬 Has anyone else gotten the email? and successfully replicated the steps?
EDIT: I just tried it on my laptop and it works! It allows me to watch the delayed live stream for 12 April

It wasn’t working earlier but I just tried it again and the validate button works now. I’m so excited!!

I got it and I’m so excited! I saw clips of Day 3 and it looked so much more vibrant than the first two days – I think they really learned a lot.
I got this email too and was pleasantly surprised! Like you said, it was no one’s fault, but the stream wasn’t the best. A large part of that was related to the weather which was out of their control, but it kinda put me off buying the other days considering the cost.
I’m also glad they went with day 3! I was tossing up going to the cinema (which was cheaper than viewing at home) and ended up regretting not going.
Is it still at 3am pst though?
Oh wow this is actually really cool. I only did single streaming for D1 and my IMAX D2 viewing went so horribly we got a refund. This makes up for everything!
I just posted this in the other sub as well but don’t think it will surface dang it.. but I too got the email!! I was also very happy to get the offer since that was a WHOLE experience for all of us who only did the 1 DAY Live pass for April 9th 😂🌧️💦

OP are you saying the delayed live stream link stated in the email is accessible whenever we choose to watch it?? Also is it only accessible just one time or can you watch again via link?
I think you will be happy about the show from the 12th, a lot of like ‘baby-errors’ from especially day 1, and some from day 2, was fixed on day 3, camera-work-wise ☺️ enjoy! 😎

I’m so happy! I just claimed the delayed viewing ticket too when I saw the post. I only availed the April 9 online live viewing because I wont be able to watch during the 11th and 12th, and my April 9 ticket’s delayed streaming is on Saturday which I also wont be able to replay (I still got to see it live). So I’m excited that I at least get to see delayed streaming for Day 3! Totally worth it 😊
This is actually really fair of them. The camera work for Day 1 was understandably less than okay because of the heavy rain. People who might have legitimately bought only day 1 streaming tickets would have felt robbed.

Omg thank you for posting! I got this as well but wouldn’t have known because mine was written in Korean??!! Although I’m in London. And there was no button to translate. Does anyone know how I can make sure I get the notifications in English? I have the Global membership.
Wasn’t thrilled at how much the conditions affected the view of the first concert, but was happy to cheer for their return and proud the boys got out there and put 100% effort for ARMY when they could have cancelled. They must have been so disappointed at the conditions after they worked so hard, for so long, and disappointed to not be able to give the show they wanted to ARMY.
But I have been increasingly sad as I have seen more clips of the following concerts and progressively realized just how much was missed on the 9th.
Now I am proud they are repaying ARMY’s trust in them by doing their best to make it up.
