So he really has no ties to INB100 anymore since he is already negotiating with a new agency? No sane company would sign someone still in a legal battles, imo, because that would be messy.
Good for him still – looks like he is on track to bouncing back from the mess OneHundred is, but it’s a little sad he is leaving a company he founded so he can be independent just to be managed by someone else again 😅 hope he gets a more competent legal team this time for his contracts.
I think Baekhyun is in a very tough position right now, because legally he is entangled with two former companies right now and there’s no conclusion to either dispute yet. That’s not exactly attractive for a new company that might be looking to sign him, even though he is obviously super successful. The other factor is that if he signs somewhere alone without bringing Chen and Xiumin with him, it will look like he is abandoning the C and X of CBX – really bad for his image. I wouldn’t wanna trade positions with him right now. Hope it all gets resolved somehow though.
