I didn’t realize the chorus was the more singing part and the noisier part was the post-chorus. The song doesn’t have a pre-chorus which is what I originally thought the chorus was.
The song transitions from the verse to the chorus really uneventfully(?) but not necessarily in a bad way it just sounded more like a pre-chorus to me. However, I did then get excited when rather than a final noisier (third) chorus we got the more singing section (the actual chorus) instead after dance break. (lol if any of this makes any sense)
I think this song will def be elevated with a stage performance esp with the dance break and noisier sections.
It doesn’t beat waste no time for me but is still a super fun happy banger. Welcome back King Xnghan 👑

The chorus is fantastic and I wish the post-chorus didn’t halt the momentum of the song. I think on subsequent listens I might get used to it but the way it’s produced feels like its leading to a euphoric/rush.
