Defects with Ball Cap from pop up store?

I received my ball cap today! Finally…it was sold out at the pop up store from the concert but the staff was so nice to order some more and send them directly to your house. Sadly I think mine is kinda broken. The stiches in the middle are very loose and look like they're about to fall out anytime and they are kinda brown-isch?! Normally I wouldn't mind such things but it bothers me now since it's right in the middle of the cap.

Does anyone has this issue too?

(I'm also thinking about writing JYP store to maybe send a new one but it might be trickier than I thought since the cap was only sold in the pop up store)
