I’m not trying to be disrespectful when I ask this. But were the YT channels like evil stuff? Or was it just general mean opinions online? Because I feel like you gotta have a smoking gun for stuff like this.

Defamation lawsuits like this one hardly hold up, tbh. We have to wait to find out if the case is important enough for them to appeal or they will let this one slide?

So this is the civil lawsuit against Fast view as a company. I guess it’s easy to prove responsibility when it’s just one person directly doing defaming content instead of executives of a company? Is the penal case still going?

What a joyous occasion for Korea’s cyber wreckers alike. Fastview set a precedent, and now others will follow in their trailblazing footsteps.
But it’s not really surprising since they’re not just some mom-and-pop cyber wreckers run by one person in their bedroom. Their exec’s backgrounds are pretty beefy.
