Context for those who don’t know: Pi Cheolin is a character from Caratland (yearly fanmeeting) 2021 who is described as a nosy middle aged man. He’s appeared on several Going Seventeen episodes and he even performed along with [Booseoksoon](https://youtu.be/0npT8GmirsQ) at the 38th Golden Disc Awards.
