NOMUS, Fromm’s company, has filed multiple lawsuits against ONE HUNDRED’s CEO, naming fromis_9, Taemin & EXO CBX.

>>> According to a comprehensive report by Financial News on the 15th, Nomus filed a criminal complaint against CEO Cha in November of last year for fraud under South Korea’s Act on the Aggravated Punishment of Specific Economic Crimes. The complaint included four contracts: the Fromm contract involving fromis_9, a merchandise contract for Taemin, a merchandise contract for Chen, Baekhyun, and Xiumin, and a performance contract for Taemin.

> Nomus alleges that beginning around October 2024, Cha represented that fromis_9’s transfer to One Hundred had been finalized, which led Nomus to pay an advance of KRW 1.1 billion (approximately USD 800,000–900,000 depending on exchange rates) on November 8, 2024, under the Fromm advance contract.

> Regarding the Taemin merchandise contract, Nomus claims Cha stated that once the existing contract with another vendor ended, the first project could begin around February or March of last year. Based on this, Nomus paid an advance of KRW 5.5 billion on November 14, 2024.

> For the EXO-CBX merchandise contract, Nomus says it paid KRW 7.7 billion on November 29, 2024, and KRW 4.4 billion on December 9, 2024, for a total of KRW 12.1 billion in advances.

> The Taemin concert contract also allegedly involved advance payments of KRW 3.3 billion on November 1, 2024, and KRW 2.2 billion on November 29, totaling KRW 5.5 billion.
