our concept kings! “eternity” is one of the first k-pop songs i discovered and liked right away. “error” is one of my all-time favorite k-pop songs! how i wish we’ll get to watch them perform on music shows again

(hongbin, my bias, you’re such a handsome fool. i truly miss you with vixx 😭 fine, you too, ravi and your masterpieces)

I got to know of them just after their 3rd anniversary and I am so glad I found them then because their music and shows gave me a lot of comfort at times when I needed it. At that time, I found it so impressive that SuJu made it to their 10th anniversary later that same year because I saw it as a huge deal.

Now, I’m happy that VIXX members are together and performing 14 years later as well as busy with their individual activities. I can’t forget the first time I watched ‘Voodoo Doll’ in shock or when ‘Beautiful Liar’ came out or when I would wake up early to watch their V Live broadcasts or try to anticipate when their next teasers would come out or when they brought forward their ‘concept-kings’ identity to the Chinese ‘Heroes of Remix’ show or seeing them perform ‘Shangri-La’ at the 2018 International Olympic Committee session or when VIXX TV got a 3rd season. So many different memories. I am thankful for VIXX for making me smile and laugh when I needed it.

I can’t belief it’s almost 10 years since I seen them preform in Paris. Time really flies! Can’t wait to see their comeback this year.

their darker conceptual tracks are remembered for a reason but they were also so good at lighter poppier tracks too, g.r.8.u is still one of my favorite boy group songs of this era and i’ll always have a soft spot for their debut super hero

eaux de vix is my favorite album of theirs and one of my personal best for 3rd gen boygroups

I can’t imagine anyone ever beating out VIXX as my ult group. I hope people will check out their comeback later this year. Hakyeon’s current drama, Absolute Value of Romance, is very entertaining as well if you’re looking for something light and silly. It’s on Amazon Prime Video for free if you have Prime, and elsewhere including the usual arr matey sources.
