Side note, I visited Mexico City in 2018, and the mural in the Palacio Nacional is extraordinary! Painted by Diego Rivera, it depicts Mexico’s history. It’s massive and extends well past the stairs on both sides.
I don’t know for some some reason the members are so endearing here

Hope to see something similar here in Brazil. The president of the Korean association in Brazil recently met with the Secretary of Culture of São Paulo (the city where their show will take place in October), and he said he can’t mention anything, but something big will happen because of the show.

This is still so surreal. The crowd was so loud! JK pointing out how it smelt so nice, loving the cats, inviting the President for a mirror selfie, they’re always so endearing.

Jimin was so charming in this video. You can tell he was so nervous in the beginning but then started to really relax. Him pretending he couldn’t hear Hobi because the screams were deafening, asking the president to join in on their mirror selfie, and copying the president’s self-hug after thanking her 🥲

Great to get another angle of this incredible crowd and even though it’s only 5 minutes it was packed with lovely and fun moments – Jin once a fortnight walks, Joon getting everyone to go out on the balcony ahead of him, Jimin inviting the president into their mirror selfie and everyone admiring the 16 cats. My little daily source of peace and happiness as always.
Yoongi was probably all giddy inside over the architecture but having to keep a professional face during the tour 🤣

It’s so funny to me how they all approach the balcony to see their fans but hang back out of nervousness probably (Jin especially makes a very discreet move back behind RM, lol) and Jimin sees it happening and is like, okay, follow me 😆

As a Brit, it’s giving royal family doing a balcony greeting at Buckingham Palace 😆 but also how insane is that – the guys are doing something I equate with royalty. It feels like an absolutely huge deal to me. Do other artists get this treatment in Mexico or indeed anywhere else?
They all seemed really nervous, it was very sweet 🥺 the garden cats seemed to help a lot though haha
